Making Updates to Your School Website is Simple
Your school’s website is one of the first places families go to learn about your heart, your mission, and your programs. Keeping it fresh and current should be easy — and with Digital Consultants, it is.
How to Request Updates
- Send an Email → Email your request to ticket@digitalconsultants.ca and CC support@digitalconsultants.ca.
- Include Details → Provide the full content you want updated along with the page link (URL).
- If you have multiple updates across several pages, please put all the details in a Google Doc or Word document with the page references clearly listed. See Example
- If you have a new page to create, please send a request to support@digitalconsultants.ca with objective and content. Our team will provide an estimate and guide you through the process.
- Receive Confirmation → You’ll receive a ticket number confirming that your update request is being processed.
What to Expect After Your Request
- Ticket Confirmation → You’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number. See Example
- Progress Updates → We’ll provide updates along the way so you know the status of your request.
- Completion Timeline → Most updates are completed within 3–4 business days. Once finished, you’ll receive an email confirming that your updates are live.
